Mobile phones are widely used throughout Israel. There are five providers of service and coverage is generally good in all areas. You can use your own cellular phone, if it is open to work outside of your own country, however roaming rates will usually be high, depending on your contract and phone provider.
You can also use either pre-paid local calling cards or local Israeli SIM cards to put on your own phone, or even rent a phone if you wish.
Please note that It is illegal to drive while holding a cellular phone, you must use a hands – free set.
We can offer ‘normal’ size SIM cards, and also SIM cards suitable for IPhone and IPad (Mini or Micro SIM). SIM cards can be loaded to be used for making calls, and also to be used for Internet connection.
